THANKS webdongle, gws and ceford !!! yes live site was problem.
i was in good faith as I upploaded new configuration with empty live site and updated, but what i didnt see was that it didnt happen, it was still the old file. I couldnt overwrite (dont understand why), but I could delete it.
Then I uploaded configuration.php with the empty live site. So solution was to make: public $live_site = ''; in the configuration.php file
